Research Biolabs guarantees that all peptides meet the purity listed on the Certificate of Analysis (CoA).

If the product does not meet this specification, you can request a full refund of the peptide cost. However, this guarantee only covers the product itself. Therefore, Research Biolabs does not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages.

1. Intended Use – Research Only

Research Biolabs sells all products strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only (RUO).

You must not use these products for:

• Injection, ingestion, or any form of administration

• Medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purposes

• Food, supplements, cosmetics, or finished products

• Any illegal or non-compliant activity

Regulatory Compliance

United States (FDA)
These products do not qualify as drugs, food, cosmetics, or supplements under the FD&C Act.

European Union (REACH / CLP)
You are responsible for following all EU chemical safety, labeling, and handling regulations.

United Kingdom (MHRA)
These products are non-medicinal research chemicals. Therefore, they do not require marketing authorisation.

In addition:

• We make no therapeutic claims

• You must not promote them for human or veterinary use

• All products must carry the label:
  “Research Use Only – Not for Human or Animal Consumption”

If you make medical claims, regulators may classify the product as a medicine. As a result, it will require MHRA approval.

2. Buyer Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for:

• Following all laws in your country

• Handling and storing products safely

• Using them only in a research setting

Indemnification

You agree to defend and protect Research Biolabs from any claims or losses that result from misuse.

This includes:

• Violating these Terms

• Using the product on humans or animals

• Breaking regulatory rules

• Third-party claims or damages

Importation Risk

You take full responsibility for customs clearance. Therefore, Research Biolabs is not responsible for delays, seizures, or lost shipments.

3. Legal Framework

Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of England and Wales. In addition, all disputes must go through courts in London.

Limitation of Liability

Research Biolabs limits all liability to the product’s purchase price. Therefore, we do not cover indirect or consequential damages.

Severability

If a court finds any part of this agreement invalid, the rest will still apply.

Final Confirmation

By completing your order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are a researcher, student, or institution

• You will use the products only for laboratory research
